Jennifer: This blog started as an attempt to combine eating with more awareness of my food regarding where it came from and how it was processed while watching how much it cost and watch how it affected my waistline. That all changed when I was diagnosed with celiac disease in June 2013. Now I will focus on my attempts at learning to eat and cook a gluten free diet and hopefully incorporate the original goals of this blog at some point.
